Abstract

Long-term program of development of the coal industry for the period up to 2030 is not possible without the staffing of the coal industry, the main problems are considered in the article. The novelty of the research is to develop science-based accounting training target parameters of the coal industry; formation of typical solutions to improve the talent pool of the coal industry in the long term with the involvement of young professionals in the coal mines. Conclusions about the necessity of forming personnel policy and coal companies, the development of scientific and educational centers at universities and industrial research centers.
