Abstract

In general, the world is changing and everywhere there are transformations and restructuring of people’s consciousness to new levels of thinking and understanding that new times of global changes in the economy, politics, and people’s daily lives are coming. These changes affect all aspects of human consciousness and the life of society and each individual. The readiness of a personality for strategic changes and innovations affects its consciousness to accept innovations and awakens the personality to participate in its implementation and transition to a new level of thinking. Social and organizational psychology play a very important and key role in the study, explanation and management of various innovative innovations. This article describes in detail the main and important approaches to strategic thinking, the study of the social psychology of innovation. The key concepts of innovations and innovations are disclosed in detail, and their classifications are considered. The article highlights such a concept as the category of time and the role of time in social systems. It is concluded that social education, personal characteristics, and personal responsibility should be studied independently and in the context of studying the social psychology of innovation, explanation and management of various innovations.
