SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT, BREAKTHROUGH IDEAS AND TECHNOLOGIES: PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS FOR KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

The article is prepared on the basis of the author’s monograph “Sustainable development: breakthrough ideas and technologies”, published in 2012. This work and publications of N.A. Iskakov, issued before, aroused a great interest among scientists, public and political figures of Russia, Kazakhstan and other countries. The article considers the issues of integration of science and practice in addressing complex problems of formation and implementation of mechanisms of the strategy of sustainable development of Kazakhstan in the conditions of the systemic global crisis. Breakthrough ideas and technologies that enable a breakthrough in the world of the future of the Eurasian space in the framework of the Strategy “Kazakhstan 2050” are proposed for the first time. The article was written as a part of the RFBR project No 12-06-00286-а.
