Abstract

The article discusses the noospheric paradigm of finding the way out of the global crisis on the basis of the world’s scientific heritage, Russian Cosmism’s fundamental results and achievements of the International Scientific School of Sustainable Development. It reveals the main principles of the Noospheric Ethical and Ecological Constitution for Mankind as an international legal document that combines scientific, social and spiritual laws.
