Abstract

The article overviews the moral principles as the driving force of man and society evolution, social progress, ethics and the army, the community as a unity of people based on moral principles, stages of formation and development of the ethical state. The law of conservation of Life, which was considered in the report by O.L. Kuznetsov and B.E. Bolshakov, is in tune with the moral principles of social evolution.
