Abstract
The article is devoted to one of the most important economic aspects of sustainable development — investment support of innovations. It describes in detail the mechanism of protection of such investments, as well as the basic principles and rules for assessing the contribution of innovations in the development of the control object. As an illustration, an example of the Republic of Kazakhstan is provided.
