Abstract
The informational technology in health management allows making continuous monitoring of health status and allows making high efficiency medical decisions, which is the key to the effective management. This article considers a controlling system of human health’s problems; objectives of the system are informational support of health management process as identified in patients with chronic diseases, and patients wishing to maintain their state of health at the optimal level.
