Abstract

In the article omnipotence of man considered as a «Quality standard of truth», in other words as a universal product that determines its quality state without foreign experts — unmistakable. Designated a neologism «noospheroids», as an innovation of the author, namely as a cosmic phenomenon of the human race in the Universe, gradually expand the boundaries of the Noosphere in its ecumene.
