Abstract

The article reveals the author’s vision of the problems of planetary construction of Information Society, Electronic Governments (g2g, g2b, b2b, g2c, b2c, c2c) and Digital Economy (FINTECH, blockchain, industrialization 4.0, Internet of things, «smart» things, ecosystems, artificial intelligence etc.). The author substantiates the statement that there is no main thing in the IT industry — a holistic view, a common system architecture and the concept of interrelated development of all systems, that there is a narrow specialization, manipulation of metaphors and false myths. The main civilizational request for the creation of a new «living» network-centric GGG-environment and tools for the transition of the social sphere from the collective unconscious to the collective conscious is formulated.
