Abstract

The work is devoted to study of economy process from the point of view of general theory of systems, cybernetics, complexity and self-organisation theory. The study subject is not only a chain of production and consumption of material goods, but the social environment as well. An attempt is made to expose the fundamental laws of production and technological chains by introducing the notion of “labour division system” (LDS) and a complex REIL indicator (Resources material, Energetic, Informational and Labor). The factors which impact the attainable level of technology are grouped and categorized. Upon establishing these groups and categories the comparison between Soviet and Western technological areas is run. A prognosis of consequences: if the post-soviet technological area integrates or turns to sovereignty. Finally, a proposal of methods to increase its productivity within a given LDS, and a possible future breakthroughs in key technological solutions. The study is based on theories of O.V. Grigoryev, M.L. Khazin, R. Luxembourg and others.
