Abstract

The article reveals the foundations of the formation of noosphere continuing education as a mechanism of the strategy of saving humanity from environmental destruction. It is shown that lifelong education should become the leading mechanism for the transition of society and humanity as a whole to a new paradigm of not only sustainable development, but also of History itself — to a noospheric paradigm in the form of controlled social and natural evolution based on social intelligence and a scientific and educational society that defines sustainable the development of all societies on Earth in the future.
