Abstract
In management research, the method of expert evaluation is widely used. This is due to the complexity of many problems, their origin from the «human factor» and the lack of reliable experimental or regulatory tools. When developing and justifying many solutions that cannot be fully or partially quantifiable, and expert evaluation methods yield significant results. The essence of expert decision-making methods is to get experts ‘ answers to the questions put to them. The information received by experts is processed using special logical and mathematical procedures and converted into a convenient form for choosing a solution, in order to minimize errors and the influence of a subjective factor.
