Abstract

The introduction of monitoring in the field of management and assistance with waste and secondary costs is one of the incentives for the economy. Resources are limited, the amount of waste absorbed is growing at an increasing pace as new industries and resources are developed. Implementation of monitoring in the field of waste management, the maximum improvement of logistics and the deterioration of the infrastructure of large cities and the opening of new routes. The emergence of recycling in Russia reduces the level of contamination of facilities where waste is placed, and, of course, gives preference to environmentally harmful pollution of waste at landfills. It is also an investment in the country’s deal because many recyclables deal with supply.
