Abstract
The article discusses modern approaches to the use of temperature-activated water (TAW) for extinguishing live electrical installations at energy facilities. The physicochemical properties of TAW, its advantages and limitations in comparison with traditional fire extinguishing agents are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the practical application of this technology, as well as the prospects for its development. It is shown that the use of TAW can minimize the risks of electric shock, ensure high extinguishing efficiency and maintain the integrity of the equipment. The article is intended for specialists in the field of fire safety, energy and engineering technologies.
KEYWORDS: temperature-activated water, fire safety, electrical installations, energy facilities, extinguishing under voltage.
