Abstract
The article discusses the current aspects of the impact of spring floods on the pasture management system. The maximum water level in the Ural River has been set during the spring flood. The dynamics of the number of peasant farm workers is given. The organizational structure of the company is dominated by the main staff. The educational level of the farm staff and the number of employees with higher and secondary specialized education have been determined. The issues of the pasture management system of the ecological complex «soil – plant – animal» are investigated.
