Abstract
In article the methodology of a complex estimation of country’s capacity on the basis of universal sustainable measures is presented. As an example the Kazakhstan is considered. It is shown, how it is possible to define the speculative capital, and methods of its reduction simultaneously with growth of a real cash flow are offered. The estimation of Kazakhstan’s position among the countries of Eurasia and the key countries-partners is made. The rating of the countries of the Eurasian space on an indicator «quality of a life» is constructed and the place of Kazakhstan in this rating is defined.
