Abstract
In work it will be shown that one of elements providing a sustainable development is continuous innovative activity in escalating volumes. Besides monetary measuring instruments of the countries of the world community should be led to «one denominator» to pass from free trade to equal in rights. The world becomes cleverer at the expense of the saved up experience, and to deceive developing countries at the expense of inventing of more and more «artful» financial tools there is all more difficult. Especially obvious there is a deceit during crises.
