Abstract
In article base principles of ecological strategy of a sustainable development are considered. Each of principles is resulted in a popular and scientific statement. On an example of Kyrgyzstan possibility of application of the offered principles for calculations of adjusting parameters of ecological strategy of Kyrgyzstan is shown.
