Abstract

In the article the substantiation of the importance of a legislative basis of a sustainable development is considered; currency, goal, and tasks, the main principles and items of the Noospheric ethic-ecological Constitution of the mankind are examined. Statements of many well-known scientists, philosophers, public and political figures are cited. The article introduces the issue and is intended for every Person, independently of his or her age and sex, ethic origin and professional point of view.
